Who handles your information

Clearcut Advisory operates this website as Clearcut Advisory. For questions about your information, email enquiries@clearcutadvisory.co.

When you register

We collect your name and email address to send the product news and launch updates you request. You can also provide your organisation and tell us whether you’re interested in software, updates or a conversation with the team.

We store the date of registration, the consent wording and the version of this notice you accepted. We use these details to manage the registration list, understand interest in the product and follow up on a conversation you request.

Please don’t enter confidential tender information or sensitive personal information in the form.

Hosting and spam protection

Cloudflare hosts this website and stores registration details in its D1 database service. Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect the form from automated submissions. Cloudflare processes technical information, including IP addresses and browser signals, to provide its services. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for details.

Our registration database does not store your IP address, browser information or the verification token. Cloudflare may process information outside Australia; we do not promise that information stays in Australia.

Email updates and your choices

Registration does not trigger an automatic email. We’ll contact you when there is product news or a launch update to share. We do not sell the registration list.

To unsubscribe, email enquiries@clearcutadvisory.co from the address you registered. Future campaign emails will also include an unsubscribe option. We retain a record that you unsubscribed so that another form submission does not add you back to the list.

Before using a campaign email provider, we will update this notice to identify that provider and how it handles the list.

Access, correction and deletion

You can ask to access, correct or delete your details, or raise a concern about how we handle them, by emailing enquiries@clearcutadvisory.co. We may need to confirm that the request comes from you.

We review the registration list as the product develops and remove information we no longer need. Backup copies may remain for a limited period before they expire.

Cookies and analytics

We have not added advertising trackers or audience analytics. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile for security.

Changes

We’ll update this notice if the way we handle registration details changes, and show the revised date above.
