Procurement experience. Purpose-built software.
Supplier evaluation.Made easier.
Bring clarity to complex supplier decisions. Purpose-built evaluation software for well-supported recommendations and better commercial outcomes.
Good decisions take more than a process.
Competing offers. Different perspectives. A recommendation you need to stand behind. Supplier evaluation is demanding work, often done alongside everything else.
The tools should make it easier to focus on what matters.
We bring procurement practitioners and software developers together to make evaluation clearer for everyone involved, with sound reasoning and a transparent record of how decisions are made.
A clearer way to evaluate.
From receiving submissions to reaching a recommendation. One structured way to evaluate, built for procurement teams, business leads and the experts working alongside them.
Keep the process consistent, the reasoning visible and the evidence connected as you go.
-
Less administration.
Make evaluation easier to organise and manage, so people can spend more time considering the substance of each offer.
-
More informed judgement.
Help evaluators understand what matters, consider different perspectives and assess the value of the options before them.
-
Recommendations that stand up.
Make the reasoning behind each recommendation clear, giving decision-makers a stronger evidence base and a transparent record for review.
Better technology. Human judgement.
Less time collating scores and reconciling spreadsheets. More time considering the evidence. We’re applying AI and well-designed process where they can reduce unnecessary effort, while people remain responsible for the decisions.
First release planned for later in 2026.
We’ll share more about the product and its availability as development progresses. Register your interest and we’ll keep you informed.
Keep me informedPractical by design.
Human at the centre.
-
Start with the real work.
We start with the challenges faced by everyone involved in evaluating proposed solutions and suppliers, across procurement, commercial and business teams, not with technology looking for a problem to solve.
-
Support judgement. Don’t replace it.
Software should help people understand the evidence and make informed choices. People remain responsible for the decisions.
-
Look beyond the price.
Value for money rests on more than the price paid. It should consider solution fit, the supplier’s ability to deliver, impact procurement, total cost and risk, all measured in the context of the outcomes the organisation needs.
-
Make complexity manageable.
We make complex work clearer and more manageable, using AI at appropriate points to reduce unnecessary effort while retaining the structure, transparency and rigour required.
Experience meets possibility.
Clearcut Advisory brings together complementary experience in procurement leadership, commercial decision-making and software development.
